Description:

Project involves rebuilding a century-old Victorian house that had fallen into disrepair and was condemned by the city in 2000. The exterior of the original house is being rebuilt in the same style and dimensions, but to current construction standards and using modern materials.

The completed project will consist of six condominium units on three floors and six on-grade garage stalls. The units will range in size from 731 – 1283 sq ft.

Total construction – 10,783 sq ft, including a 1,363 sq ft on-grade garage

Land area – 6,417 sq ft

Zoning – OR3 – Very High Density Office Residential District
