Crockett Associates is a Minneapolis developer of multifamily housing and commercial buildings. In response to the increased popularity of downtown living, four different Minneapolis condominium projects totaling 108 units have been recently completed, or are currently under construction. Previous office developments include the Chrysalis headquarters building at 45th & Chicago Avenue and the Urban League South Minneapolis Client Services Center at 38th Street and Fourth Avenue. Affordable housing units have also been developed in south Minneapolis.

Background — Active in the development and financing of real estate since 1991, following many years of general and financial management of public and private companies in diverse industries. Has worked independently since 1995.

Education — Graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting

Neighborhood Involvement — Proven record in building consensus and successfully working with Minneapolis neighborhood organizations and city government
